The unit provides support to the elderly, and persons with disabilities including children, through the pampers bank, offering free pampers for 2-3 months once eligibility is established.

Assistive Aids
The assistive aids programme offers resources to persons with disabilities to improve their ability, free of cost.
Mobility Aids
DCU provides free wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, white canes and other assistive aids to help persons with mobility disabilities.

Eyecare
The DCU eyecare programme supports children, single parents, and the elderly by offering partial funding for tested glasses.

- Birth Certificate (Applicable to child only)
Shelter / Renovation
DCU can provide up to three months’ rent to pensioners, persons living with disabilities and victims of fires and domestic violence facing unexpected circumstances, provided they secure employment and can continue paying rent afterwards.
The unit also assists pensioners, persons living with disabilities and fire and domestic violence victims with renovating existing living spaces on a case by case basis.
